Questions about pricing
Do I need an account?
No. The free tools work without sign-up. After a purchase, Pro features are unlocked in the browser you paid with as soon as Stripe confirms the payment – usually within seconds, without registration.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout offers the methods available for your country and device – usually card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and local methods such as EPS or SEPA Direct Debit. With bank debits, the purchase is unlocked once the payment is confirmed, which can take a few days. MySolute never sees or stores your card details.
Is this a subscription?
Only if you choose Pro. Reports and report packs are one-time purchases. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically. You can cancel anytime in 2 clicks under “My purchases” → “Manage subscription”; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For yearly plans we remind you by e-mail 30 days before the renewal.
Can I use a purchase on another device?
Yes. Open “My purchases” on the other device and request a login link to the e-mail address you used at checkout. The link unlocks everything you bought with that address – no account, no password. Credits are shared between your devices, not multiplied.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout (euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc). Other countries pay in US dollars.
What is one report?
One analysis of one product file in the catalogue analysis – with all products, price recommendations, scenarios and the Excel report.
Can I try Pro for free? Do I need a card?
Yes. The free test runs 7 days and needs only your e-mail address – no card, no payment details. It simply ends; nothing is charged afterwards.
Single reports or Pro – what is cheaper for me?
Single reports are best if you check a file now and then. Pro (€9.00 per month) costs less from about 2 single reports, or 4 reports from the 10-pack, per month – and you don't need to count credits.
How do I cancel Pro?
In two clicks: “My purchases” → “Manage or cancel subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then nothing more is charged. All details: “Subscription & cancellation” (/help/subscription).
