Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use MySolute – on a small phone, with a keyboard only, with a screen reader or with enlarged text.
This page is available in German and English. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
Target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referred to by the European Accessibility Act and the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG).
Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the requirements are met, but the parts listed below have not yet been fully checked or are not under our control.
What we have checked
- All pages at five screen widths from 360 px (small Android phone) to 1920 px: no horizontal scrolling, no cut-off text.
- Every form field has a visible label that is linked to the field; error messages are linked to the field they belong to.
- Buttons, switches and links outside running text are at least 44 × 44 px.
- Visible keyboard focus on all interactive elements.
- Status is never shown by colour alone – profit, thin margin and loss always have a text label.
- Calculation results are announced to screen readers when they change.
- Each page has one main heading and a logical heading structure; the language of the page is set.
- Animations are reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text and background colours are chosen to meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
Known limitations
- Payment page: payments run on a checkout page operated by Stripe. Its accessibility is Stripe's responsibility and we cannot change it.
- Exports: the Excel file and the print view of the catalogue analysis have not yet been checked with assistive technology.
- Screen readers: the website has not yet been tested manually with screen readers such as VoiceOver or TalkBack. The structure (labels, headings, live regions) is built for them, but barriers may remain.
- Languages: the website is available in English and German; some pages may still be in English only.
How this statement was prepared
Self-assessment on 17 October 2026 with automated checks (layout, labels, touch targets, heading structure, console errors) at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, plus a manual review of screenshots. The statement is reviewed after every larger change.
